Ingrediente:
· 1 kilogram de varza alba;
· 300 grame de carnati;
· 300 grame de kaizer;
· 2 cepe mari;
· 3-4 catei de usturoi;
· 200 mL de sos de rosii;
· 2 linguri de ulei vegetal;
· 1 lingurita de cimbru uscat;
· sare si piper dupa gust;
· 1 lingurita de boia dulce;
· 1 foaie de dafin;
· 200 mL de apa.
Portii: 6
Taiati carnati si kaizerul in bucati sau felii. Puneti ulei intr-o oala si caliti ceapa impreuna cu usturoiul pana devin translucide. Adaugati kaizerul si carnatii, lasandu-i sa se rumeneasca usor.
Dupa adaugati si varza, amestecand totul foarte bine.

Servings: 6
Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Preparation method:
Wash and slice the cabbage thinly and blanch it in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes, then drain it well. Chop the onions and garlic finely. Cut the sausages and kaizer into pieces or slices. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onions and garlic until they become translucent. Add the kaizer and sausages, allowing them to brown slightly.
Then add the cabbage, mixing everything well. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Add the bay leaf and tomato sauce, then let it simmer together for a few minutes. Transfer the mixture to an oiled baking dish. Pour water over the cabbage to prevent it from drying out during baking. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F). Bake for about 1 hour. You can remove the lid or foil during cooking to allow the cabbage to brown evenly.
Serve the baked cabbage with a side of polenta or fresh bread.
Bon appétit!
