Ingrediente:
- 350 grame de visine fara samburi;
- 180 grame zahar;
- 1 plic praf de copt;
- 1 esenta de vanilie;
- 1 praf de sare;
- 250 grame smantana vrac 30% grasime;
- 4 oua;
- 3 linguri de ulei;
- 50 grame unt topit;
- 300 grame faina.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-un bol se amesteca cu ajutorul unui mixer vertical urmatoarele ingrediente: ouale, zaharul, esenta de vanilie, praful de copt si sarea. Peste aceasta compozitie se adauga uleiul si untul topit, mixand in continuare. Se incorpozeaza faina treptat si se mixeaza. La fel procedati si pentru smantana. Trebuie sa obtineti o compozitie omogena si ingredientele sa fie bine incorporate. Intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt se toarna compozitia. Deasupra se pun visinele. Puteti sa puneti visine direct in compozitie si sa amestecati cu ajutorul unei spatule. Depinde cum preferati. Tava se da la cuptor (preincalzit la 200 °C), la foc mediu timp de 50 de minute sau pana cand trece testul scobitorii. Este un desert gustos si foarte usor de facut.

Method of preparation:
In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt using a hand mixer. Gradually add the oil and melted butter while mixing. Slowly incorporate the flour, followed by the sour cream, mixing until the batter is smooth and homogeneous. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Arrange the sour cherries on top, or mix them directly into the batter using a spatula, depending on preference. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 50 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test. Allow the tart to cool before serving.
