Ingrediente:
300 grame creveti curatati de intestin;
40 grame de unt sarat;
4 catei de usturoi (dati prin presa);
60 mL vin alb sec;
sucul de la ½ lamaie;
100 mL apa;
sare;
piper;
1 ardei iute feliat (optional);
¼ legatura de patrunjel (optional).

Mod de preparare:
Spala crevetii si sterge-i bine. Topeste untul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu, adauga usturoiul si caleste-l 2 minute, pana devine auriu. Adauga apa, apoi pune crevetii si gateste-i 5 minute, pana cand devin roz. Toarna vinul si lasa la fiert 5 minute, pana se evapora alcoolul. Adauga sucul de lamaie si ardeiul iute, amesteca bine si lasa sosul sa se ingroase. Condimenteaza cu sare si piper, mai lasa pe foc 1 minut. Presara patrunjel si serveste crevetii fierbinti, alaturi de paine proaspata.

4 garlic cloves (crushed);
60 mL dry white wine;
juice of ½ lemon;
100 mL water;
salt;
pepper;
1 sliced chili pepper (optional);
¼ bunch fresh parsley (optional).

Method of preparation:
Wash the shrimp and pat them dry. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until golden. Add the water, then the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes until they turn pink. Pour in the wine and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the alcohol evaporates. Add the lemon juice and chili pepper, mix well and let the sauce thicken. Season with salt and pepper, then leave on the heat for 1 more minute. Sprinkle with parsley and serve the hot shrimp with fresh bread.
