Ingrediente:
Pentru blat:
300 g biscuiti digestivi sfaramati;
100 g ciocolata neagra topita;
150 g unt topit.
Pentru crema:
700 g crema de branza (tip Philadelphia);
200 g zahar pudra;
250 ml smantana lichida pentru frisca (batuta ferm);
2 linguri amidon de porumb;
1 lingurita extract de vanilie;
Coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie.
Pentru glazura:
150 g ciocolata alba;
150 g ciocolata neagra;
2 linguri smantana lichida pentru frisca.
Pentru decor:
100 g capsuni;
100 g coacaze rosii;
100 g mure;
100 g zmeura.
Pentru sosul de fructe de padure:
300 g fructe de padure congelate;
100 g zahar;
Sucul de la 1 lamaie.

Mod de preparare:
1. Pregatirea blatului:
o Amesteca biscuitii sfaramati cu ciocolata neagra topita si untul topit pana obtii o compozitie omogena.
o Preseaza amestecul intr-o forma de tort cu diametrul de 26 cm, tapetata cu hartie de copt, pentru a forma baza.
o Da forma la frigider pentru 15 minute, pana cand blatul se intareste.
2. Prepararea cremei:
o Intr-un bol mare, mixeaza crema de branza cu zaharul pudra pana devine fina.
o Adauga amidonul de porumb, extractul de vanilie si coaja de lamaie. Mixeaza pana la omogenizare.
o Incorporeaza smantana lichida batuta ferm, amestecand usor cu o spatula pentru a pastra consistenta aerata.
o Toarna crema peste blatul de biscuiti si netezeste suprafata.
3. Coacerea cheesecake-ului:
o Preincalzeste cuptorul la 160°C.
o Coace cheesecake-ul timp de 60 de minute. Este gata cand mijlocul este usor tremurator.
o Lasa sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei, apoi pune-l la frigider pentru cel putin 4 ore sau peste noapte.
4. Prepararea glazurii:
o Topeste separat ciocolata alba si ciocolata neagra, fiecare cu o lingura de smantana lichida.
o Toarna glazura alba pe cheesecake, apoi glazura neagra, folosind o lingura pentru a crea modele decorative.
5. Prepararea sosului de fructe de padure:
o Pune fructele congelate intr-o oala cu zaharul si sucul de lamaie. Fierbe la foc mic pana cand fructele se inmoaie.
o Paseaza amestecul prin sita pentru a indeparta semintele si obtine un sos fin.
6. Decorarea cheesecake-ului:
o Decoreaza cheesecake-ul cu capsuni, coacaze, mure si zmeura.
o Serveste cheesecake-ul alaturi de sosul dulce-acrisor din fructe de padure.

o Press the mixture into a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper to form the base.
o Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until the base is set.Preparing the filling:
o In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
o Add the cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until combined.
o Gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula to keep the mixture light and airy.
