Ingrediente:
- 4 medalioane de somon;
- 2 lamai;
- 250 grame rosii cherry;
- 6 catei de usturoi;
- sare;
- 100 grame smantana;
- 1 lingura ulei de floarea soarelui;
- piper proaspat macinat;
- piper boabe;
- 4 foi de dafin;
- 1 legatura de ceapa verde;
- 100 grame masline;
- 1 salata verde;
- susan;
- 1 lingura ulei de masline;
- 1 lingura otet balsamic.

Mod de preparare:
Se iau medalioanele de somon si se pun pe o hartie de copt intr-o tava. Separat se va face un sos din: zeama de la o lamaie, smantana, usturoiul (dat prin presa), 1 lingura de ulei, sare si piper. Sosul se amesteca pana capata o consistenta omogena. Fiecare medalion de somon se va unge cu sosul format. Deasupra se vor pune: foi de dafin, piper macinat, piper boabe, susan si cateva felii de lamaie. Se pun la cuptor si cateva rosii cherry. Tava se da la cuptor (preincalzit la 200 °C) timp de 30-35 minute. Intre timp se taie: rosiile, ceapa verde, maslinele (sau puteti sa le lasati intregi) si salata. Legumele se adauga intr-un bol si se asezoneaza cu sare, piper, ulei si otet balsamic. Cand pestele este gata, el poate fi servit pe pat de salata iar deasupra se adauga susan.

6 garlic cloves;
salt;
100 grams sour cream;
1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
freshly ground black pepper;
whole black peppercorns;
4 bay leaves;
1 bunch of green onions;
100 grams olives;
1 green salad;
sesame seeds;
1 tablespoon olive oil;
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.

Method of Preparation:
Place the salmon steaks on a baking paper-lined tray. Separately, make a sauce using the juice of one lemon, sour cream, pressed garlic, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Mix the sauce until it reaches a smooth consistency. Brush each salmon steak with the prepared sauce. Top with bay leaves, ground black pepper, whole peppercorns, sesame seeds and a few lemon slices. Add some cherry tomatoes to the tray. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes, green onions, olives (or leave them whole) and salad. Add the vegetables to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. When the salmon is ready, serve it on a bed of salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
