Ingrediente:
- 2 oua;
- 350 grame telemea de vaca/oaie;
- 250 grame cascaval;
- 1 praf de copt;
- ½ legatura de marar (optional);
- ½ legatura de ceapa verde (optional);
- boia;
- piper;
- usturoi granulat;
- ceapa granulata;
- 100 grame faina;
- ulei pentru prajit (aproximativ 250 mL).

Mod de preparare:
Telemeaua si cascavalul se dau prin razatoarea mica. Mararul si ceapa verde se spala si se taie foarte marunt. Intr-un bol se adauga: ouale, faina, telemeaua, cascavalul, praful de copt. Ingredientele se amesteca cu mana pana cand capata o consistenta omogena. In continuare se adauga condimentele, mararul si ceapa verde. Se amesteca foarte bine totul. Din compozitia formata se fac bilute mici. Intr-o oala se pune ulei si se lasa sa se incalzeasca. Cand uleiul s-a incalzit, se pun bilutele in baia de ulei. Se pun 4-5 bilute (nu mai mult pentru ca se pot lipi intre ele). Se prajesc la foc mediu si cand sunt rumenite pe ambele parti se scot si se pun pe prosoape de hartie (pentru a elimina excesul de ulei). Se servesc calde.

· 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
· ½ bunch of dill (optional);
· ½ bunch of green onions (optional);
· paprika;
· pepper;
· granulated garlic;
· granulated onion;
· 100 grams of flour;
· oil for frying (approximately 250 mL).

Preparation method:
Grate the cheese using the fine side of the grater. Wash and finely chop the dill and green onions. In a bowl, add: eggs, flour, the cheese, and baking powder. Mix the ingredients by hand until they reach a homogeneous consistency. Then add the spices, dill, and green onions. Mix everything very well. Form small balls from the mixture. Pour oil into a pot and heat it up. Once the oil is hot, fry the cheese balls in batches of 4-5 (do not overcrowd as they may stick together). Fry them over medium heat until they are golden brown on both sides, then remove and place them on paper towels (to remove excess oil). Serve warm.
