Mod de preparare:

·       Hidratarea ciupercilor:
Pune ciupercile deshidratate intr-un bol cu apa calda pentru 10-15 minute, pana devin moi. Stoarce excesul de apa si taie-le felii subtiri.

·       Prepararea carnii de vita:
Incinge uleiul de susan intr-o tigaie. Soteaza carnea de vita feliata subtire la foc mare, pana capata o crusta aurie. Adauga sare si piper dupa gust, scoate carnea si pastreaz-o la cald.

·       Pregatirea supei:
Intr-o oala medie, adauga supa de pui sau vita si adu-o la punctul de fierbere. Redu focul, apoi adauga sosul de soia, miso, ghimbirul ras si usturoiul tocat. Amesteca bine pana cand pasta miso se dizolva complet.

·       Adaugarea ciupercilor si legumelor:
Pune ciupercile hidratate, ardeiul gras si partea alba a cepei verzi in supa. Lasa totul sa fiarba la foc mic timp de 10 minute, astfel incat aromele sa se combine.

·       Gatirea taiteilor:
Fierbe taiteii ramen conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj (de obicei 3-4 minute). Scurge-i si imparte-i uniform in doua boluri mari.

·       Asamblarea ramenului:
Toarna supa fierbinte peste taitei, distribuind uniform ciupercile si legumele. Adauga feliile de carne de vita deasupra, porumbul boabe si oul fiert moale (optional).

Method of preparation: 

·   Hydrating the mushrooms:
Place the dried mushrooms in a bowl of warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Squeeze out the excess water and slice them thinly.

·   Preparing the beef:
Heat sesame oil in a hot skillet. Sear the thinly sliced beef over high heat until it develops a light golden crust. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove the beef from the skillet and keep warm.

·   Preparing the broth:
In a medium pot, bring the chicken or beef broth to a boil. Reduce the heat, then add soy sauce, miso paste, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir well until the miso paste is fully dissolved.

·   Adding the mushrooms and vegetables:
Add the hydrated mushrooms, bell pepper slices, and the white part of the green onion to the broth. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

·   Cooking the noodles:
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes). Drain and divide evenly into two large bowls.

·   Assembling the ramen:
Pour the hot broth over the noodles, making sure to distribute the mushrooms and vegetables evenly. Top with the seared beef slices, corn kernels, and optionally, the soft-boiled egg.

·   Garnishing:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and the green part of the chopped onion. Serve immediately.
