Ingrediente:
- 500 grame branza proaspata de vaci;
- 100 grame smantana (20% grasime);
- 1 legatura de marar;
- 1 legatura de ceapa verde;
- 25 grame unt la temperatura camerei;
- sare;
- piper.

Mod de preparare:
Branza de vaci, smantana si untul se amesteca intr-un bol cu mixerul vertical. Amestecati pana cand capata o consistenta omogena. Se taie marunt ceapa verde si mararul. Se adauga in crema de branza mixata si se amesteca cu o spatula. Sarea si piperul se adauga dupa gust.

- 1 bunch of green onions;
- 25 grams butter at room temperature;
- salt;
- pepper.

Method of preparation:
Mix the cow's cheese, sour cream and butter in a bowl using a hand mixer. Mix until it reaches a smooth consistency. Finely chop the green onions and dill. Add them to the blended cream cheese and stir with a spatula. Add salt and pepper to taste.
