Ingrediente:
- 500 grame carne de vita;
- 1 kg de cartofi;
- 4 morcovi;
- ½ telina;
- 1 pastarnac;
- 1 patrunjel radacina;
- 400 grame maioneza;
- 5-6 castraveti murati (in saramura);
- 3-4 gogosari in otet;
- 1 lingura de mustar;
- sare;
- piper.

Mod de preparare:
Carnea de vita se spala, se taie in bucati si se pune la fiert intr-o oala cu apa rece si sare. Lasati carnea la fiert pentru aproximativ 2 ore sau pana cand este foarte bine fiarta. Spumuiti carnea constant, pana cand spuma nu se mai formeaza la suprafata. In timp ce carnea fierbe, curatati cartofii, morcovii, patrunjelul, pastarnacul si telina. Le spalati si le taiati in bucati mari. Puneti legumele la fiert intr-o oala mare cu apa rece. Separat in alta oala, puneti cartofii la fiert. In timp ce legumele si carnea fierb, puteti sa taiati marunt castravetii murati si gogosarii in otet. Maioneza puteti sa o faceti prin metoda clasica sau rapida. Cand carnea a fiert, o scoateti din oala si o lasati la racit pentru 15-20 de minute. La fel procedati si cu legumele, dupa ce sunt bine fierte.
Dupa ce toate ingredientele s-au racit complet, puteti sa taiati carnea in bucati mici. La fel procedati si cu legumele, le tocati marunt. Adaugati carnea si legumele intr-un bol mare si peste puneti maioneza, castravetii murati, gogosarii in otet si o lingura de mustar. Adaugati sare si piper dupa gust. Amestecati totul foarte bine. Puteti orna salata dupa preferinta. Salata este gata de servit dupa ce a stat 1-2 ore minim la frigider.

- 1 parsnip;
- 1 parsley root;
- 400 grams mayonnaise;
- 5-6 pickled cucumbers (in brine);
- 3-4 pickled bell peppers;
- 1 tablespoon mustard;
- salt;
- pepper.

Method of preparation:
Wash the beef, cut it into pieces and boil it in a pot with cold water and salt. Leave the beef to boil for approximately 2 hours or until it is very well cooked. Constantly skim off the foam until no more forms on the surface.
While the beef is boiling, clean the potatoes, carrots, parsley root, parsnip and celery. Wash and cut them into large pieces. Boil the vegetables in a large pot with cold water. In another pot, boil the potatoes separately.
While the vegetables and meat are boiling, you can finely chop the pickled cucumbers and pickled bell peppers. You can make the mayonnaise using the classic or quick method.
Once the beef is boiled, remove it from the pot and let it cool for 15-20 minutes. Do the same with the vegetables after they are well boiled.
After all the ingredients have completely cooled down, cut the beef into small pieces. Do the same with the vegetables, chopping them finely.
Add the beef and vegetables into a large bowl and then add the mayonnaise, pickled cucumbers, pickled bell peppers and a tablespoon of mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything very well.
You can garnish the salad as desired. The salad is ready to be served after it has been in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
