Oua umplute cu ton/Tuna stuffed eggs

Ingrediente:

-         7 oua fierte;

-         2 conserve de ton (180 grame);

-         ½ ceapa;

-         1 lingurita mustar;

-         usturoi granulat;

-         4 linguri maioneza;

-         sare;

-         piper;

-         boia dulce.

Mod de preparare:

Ouale se pun la fiert intr-o oala. Ceapa se curata, se spala si se taie marunt. Intr-un bol adaugati conservele de ton (scurse), mustarul, ceapa, maioneza si usturoiul granulat. Mixati totul cu ajutorul unui mixer vertical pana cand compozitia devine o pasta. Adaugati sare, piper si boia dulce dupa gust. Cand ouale au fiert, le scoateti din apa si le puneti intr-un bol cu gheata si apa. Lasati-le cateva minute in bol, dupa le puteti decoji cu grija. Taiati fiecare ou in jumatate si scoateti galbenusul fiert. In fiecare jumatate de ou puneti din pasta cu ton. Puteti folosi un pos pentru ornat.

·         ½ onion;

·         1 teaspoon mustard;

·         granulated garlic;

·         4 tablespoons mayonnaise;

·         salt;

·         pepper;

·         sweet paprika.

Method of preparation:

Boil the eggs in a pot. Peel, wash and finely chop the onion. In a bowl, add the drained tuna, mustard, chopped onion, mayonnaise and granulated garlic. Blend everything with an immersion blender until the mixture becomes a paste. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika to taste. Once the eggs are boiled, drain them and place them in a bowl of ice water. Leave them for a few minutes, then peel them carefully. Cut each egg in half and remove the boiled yolks. Fill each egg half with the tuna paste. You can use a piping bag for a neater presentation.
