Mod de preparare:
Intr-un bol mare, adaugati faina, galbenusurile, untul taiat in cubulete, zaharul si esenta de vanilie. Amestecati intai cu o spatula si dupa framantati aluatul cateva minute pana cand are o textura omogena.

Preparation time: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Method of preparation:
In a large bowl, add flour, egg yolks, cubed butter, sugar and vanilla essence. First mix with a spatula, then knead the dough for a few minutes until it has a homogeneous texture. Form a ball from the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add cubed butter, sugar, rum essence and cocoa. Gently mix everything with a spatula until the sugar, butter and chocolate are completely melted. Place the bowl on the work surface and add the mascarpone cream. Mix everything with a whisk until you get a smooth and fine cream. Refrigerate the cream. Grease the tart pan with butter and line it with flour. Roll out the dough into as uniform a layer as possible to fit the shape of the pan. Prick the dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming during baking. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes or until it turns golden. I used a 30 cm diameter tart pan. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes. Remove the dough from the pan and place it on a plate. Spread the chocolate cream evenly over the dough. Finally, decorate with fruits and refrigerate the tart for at least an hour.
