Ingrediente:
- 500 grame tagliatelle;
- 250 grame creveti decorticati;
- 100 grame unt;
- 2 linguri ulei de masline;
- 5 catei de usturoi;
- 1 pahar de vin alb;
- 1 ramura rozmarin;
- sare;
- piper;
- 50 grame parmezan ras.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-o tigaie se adauga untul si o lingura de ulei. Crevetii se cresteaza si se inlatura intestinul si coada. Se adauga crevetii in tigaie si peste ei se toarna paharul de vin. Ulterior se pune: usturoiul (dat prin presa), rozmarin, sare si piper. In acelasi timp se pune o oala cu apa la fiert. Cand apa fierbe se adauga o lingura de ulei si sare. Se pun pastele in oala si se fierb timp de 9 minute. Cand pastele sunt gata, acestea se strecoara. Peste sosul cu creveti se toarna un polonic din apa de la paste si se amesteca foarte bine. Se adauga pastele in tigaie si se mai lasa timp de 4-5 minute.

2 tablespoons of olive oil;
5 garlic cloves;
1 glass of white wine;
1 sprig of rosemary;
salt;
pepper;
50 grams of grated Parmesan.

Method of preparation:
In a pan, add the butter and one tablespoon of oil. Devein the shrimp and remove their tails. Add the shrimp to the pan and pour the glass of wine over them. Then, add the pressed garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. When the water boils, add one tablespoon of oil and salt. Cook the pasta in the pot for 9 minutes. Once the pasta is ready, drain it.
Pour a ladle of the pasta water into the shrimp sauce and mix very well. Add the pasta to the pan and let it cook for another 4-5 minutes.
