Ingrediente pentru aluat:
500 grame faina;
1 L lapte;
4 oua;
4 linguri de zahar;
1 esenta de vanilie;
50 grame unt topit si racit;
1 varf praf de sare.
Ingrediente pentru decor:
150 grame ciocolata taiata in bucati (poate fi ciocolata neagra/cu lapte, dupa preferinta);
50 grame stafide;
150 grame capsuni (taiate in jumatati sau felii);
100 grame coacaze (rosii sau negre, dupa preferinta);
100 grame afine;
2 kiwi (taiate in felii);
70 grame nuci tocate.

Mod de preparare:
Intr-un bol mare, amestecati faina cu zaharul, esenta de vanilie si praful de sare. Formati o adancitura in mijloc si adaugati ouale batute. Amestecati incet in compozitie si adaugati treptat din lapte (pentru a evita formarea cocoloaselor). Adaugati untul topit si amestecati totul din nou cu ajutorul unui tel, pana cand compozitia devine omogena. Lasati aluatul pentru clatite sa se odihneasca timp de 10 minute. Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C si tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt. Eu am folosit o tava cu dimensiunea de 30x40 cm. Turnati aluatul pentru clatite in tava si nivelati-l cu o spatula. Adaugati bucatile de ciocolata, stafidele, nucile tocate si fructele spalate inainte si taiate in felii. Dati tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30-40 minute sau pana cand clatita devine aurie. Lasati clatita sa se raceasca inainte de a o felia. Acesta reteta simpla reprezinta o idee ideala pentru mic dejun.

50 grams melted and cooled butter;
a pinch of salt.
Ingredients for topping:
150 grams chocolate, chopped (dark or milk chocolate, according to preference);
50 grams raisins;
150 grams strawberries (cut into halves or slices);
100 grams currants (red or black, according to preference);
100 grams blueberries;
2 kiwis (sliced);
70 grams chopped nuts.

Method of preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, vanilla essence and salt. Make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs. Slowly incorporate the mixture and gradually add the milk (to avoid forming lumps). Add the melted butter and mix everything again with a whisk until the composition becomes homogeneous. Let the pancake batter rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. I used a tray measuring 30x40 cm (approximately 12x16 inches). Pour the pancake batter into the tray and level it with a spatula. Add the chocolate pieces, raisins, chopped nuts and the previously washed and sliced fruits. Bake in the oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the pancake turns golden brown. Allow the pancake to cool before slicing. This simple recipe is an ideal breakfast idea.
