Ingrediente:
- 250 grame fulgi nuca de cocos;
- 100 grame alune de padure decojite si coapte;
- 400 grame lapte condensat;
- 1 esenta de vanilie.
Timp de preparare: 20 minute
Portii: 40 bomboane
Mod de preparare:
Laptele condensat se amesteca foarte bine cu esenta de vanilie. Se adauga 200 grame fulgi de cocos si se amesteca iar. Din compozitia realizata, se formeaza bilute cat mai rotunde. In mijlocul fiecarei bilute se pune cate o aluna de padure. Dupa ce ati format bomboanele, puneti intr- un bol 50 de grame nuca de cocos. Acoperiti fiecare bomboana cu nuca de cocos (pentru decor). Puteti pune fiecare bomboana intr-o forma de hartie pentru a avea un aspect mai frumos.

100 g hazelnuts, peeled and roasted;
400 g sweetened condensed milk;
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Servings: 40 truffles
Method of preparation:
Preparing the mixture:
Mix the condensed milk with the vanilla extract until well combined.
Add 200 g of coconut flakes and mix again.
Shaping the truffles:
Using the mixture, form small, round balls.
Place one hazelnut in the center of each ball.
Coating the truffles:
Roll each truffle in the remaining 50 g of coconut flakes to coat them.
For a nicer presentation, place each truffle in a small paper cup.
