Ingrediente:

-          400 grame tagliatelle;

-          400 mL smantana pentru gatit;

-          100 grame gorgonzola;

-          200 grame parmezan;

-          100 grame mozzarella;

-          100 grame brie;

-          piper proaspat macinat;

-          4 catei de usturoi;

-          sare;

-          o lingurita de ulei;

-          50 grame unt.

Mod de preparare:

Intr-o tigaie se adauga untul si smantana lichida. Compozitia se amesteca cu o spatula. Cand incepe sa fiarba se pun branzeturile care sunt taiate cubulete sau date prin razatoarea mare. Dupa ce branzeturile s-au topit putem adauga cateii de usturoi dati prin presa si piperul. Intre timp punem apa intr-o oala si adaugam sare si ulei. Cand apa a inceput sa fiarba adaugam pastele. Lasam pastele sa fiarba timp de 9 minute. Peste sosul de branza se va adauga un polonic din apa de la paste (face sosul mai cremos). Sosul se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza iar pastele se scurg de apa. Pastele se adauga peste sos si se amesteca bine. Mai lasam cateva minute pe foc si dupa pot fi servite.

• 4 garlic cloves;

• salt;

• 1 teaspoon of oil;

• 50 grams of butter.

Method of preparation:

In a pan, add the butter and liquid cream. Stir the mixture with a spatula. Once it begins to boil, add the cheeses, which should be diced or grated. After the cheeses have melted, add the pressed garlic cloves and freshly ground pepper.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt and oil. When the water starts boiling, add the pasta. Cook the pasta for 9 minutes.

Add a ladle of the pasta water to the cheese sauce (this makes the sauce creamier). Stir the sauce until it is smooth and homogeneous. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well, leave it on the heat for a few more minutes, and then it is ready to serve.
