Bruschette cu rosii, mozzarella si busuioc proaspat/Bruschette with tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil

Ingrediente:

-          1 bagheta frantuzeasca (sau felii de paine);

-          500 grame rosii cherry;

-          4 catei de usturoi;

-          100 grame masline fara samburi (negre si verzi);

-          4 linguri ulei de masline;

-          125 grame de mozzarella (scursa);

-          usturoi granulat (1/2 lingurita);

-          5 frunze de busuioc proaspat;

-          oregano (2 varfuri de cutit);

-          maghiran (1 varf de cutit);

-          amestec de ierburi italiene (1 varf de cutit);

-          1 lingurita otet balsamic;

-          sare;

-          piper.

Mod de preparare:

Se taie bagheta in felii. Intr-un bol se amesteca 3 linguri de ulei cu 4 catei de usturoi (dati prin presa). Pe fiecare parte a feliei se pune cate o lingurita din amestecul de ulei cu usturoi. Feliile se rumenesc la cuptor (preincalzit la 200°C) pentru aproximativ 5 minute. Taiem rosiile marunt si peste ele adaugam: usturoi granulat, oregano, maghiran, amestecul de ierburi italiene, ulei de masline, otet balsamic, sare si piper (dupa gust). Separat, mozzarella se taie in cubulete iar maslinele sunt taiate rondele. Pe fiecare felie de paine se pune cu o lingurita din amestecul de rosii si condimente. Deasupra se pun cubuletele de mozzarella si maslinele. La sfarsit se adauga busuiocul proaspat.

- 500 grams of cherry tomatoes;

- 4 cloves of garlic;

- 100 grams of pitted olives (black and green);

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 125 grams of mozzarella (drained);

- granulated garlic (1/2 teaspoon);

- 5 leaves of fresh basil;

- oregano (2 knife tips);

- marjoram (1 knife tip);

- mixture of Italian herbs (1 knife tip);

- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar;

-  salt;

- pepper.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Servings: 10 slices

Method of preparation:

Cut the baguette into slices. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of oil with 4 cloves of garlic (given through the press). Put a teaspoon of the oil and garlic mixture on each side of the slice. Brown the slices in the oven (preheated to 200°C) for about 5 minutes. Chop the tomatoes finely and add: granulated garlic, oregano, marjoram, the mixture of Italian herbs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper (to taste). Separately, the mozzarella is cut into cubes and the olives are cut into rounds. Place a teaspoon of the mixture of tomatoes and spices on each slice of

bread. Place the mozzarella cubes and olives on top. At the end, add the fresh basil.
