Mod de preparare blat:
Intr-un bol se adauga: zaharul, untul si ouale. Se mixeaza foarte bine. Treptat se adauga faina si laptele. La sfarsit se pune esenta de vanilie, praful de copt si praful de sare. Compozitia se amesteca foarte bine pana este omogenizata. Aceasta se toarna intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se niveleaza cu ajutorul unei spatule. Tava se da la cuptor (preincalzit la 200 ° C) timp de 20-25 minute.
Mod de preparare umplutura:
Intr-un bol se pune: mascarpone, 1 ou, zahar si unt. Se mixeaza foarte bine totul. Ulterior se adauga faina si cacao. Se mixeaza iar. Adaugati iaurtul, ciocolata topita si esenta de rom.
