Ingrediente:
1.5 kg capsuni proaspete;
200 mL lapte;
500 grame ciocolata neagra de menaj;
ornamente (optional).

Mod de preparare:
Capsunile se spala si se sterg cu prosoape de hartie. Se pastreaza coditele la capsuni. Cicolata se topeste la bain-marie. Daca ciocolata topita are o textura prea groasa se pun 2-3 linguri de lapte in compozitie si se amesteca pana cand se subtiaza. Luati fiecare capsuna si scufundati-o in ciocolata. Dupa ce excesul de ciocolata se scurge adaugati diverse ornamente pe capsuna. Puneti capsuna pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Procedati la fel pentru fiecare capsuna in parte. Cand ai terminat capsunile, puneti tava la frigider pentru ca ciocolata sa fie racita complet.
Eu am folosit si ciocolata alba in care am pus colorant aliment. Puteti proceda si in acest fel pentru un aspect mult mai placut. Sunt extrem de simplu de facut si foarte gustoase.

200 mL milk;
500 grams dark baking chocolate;
Decorations (optional).
Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Method of preparation:
Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with paper towels. Keep the stems on the strawberries. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. If the melted chocolate is too thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to the mixture and stir until it thins out. Take each strawberry and dip it into the chocolate. After letting the excess chocolate drip off, add various decorations to the strawberry. Place the strawberry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat this process for each strawberry. Once all the strawberries are done, put the tray in the refrigerator for the chocolate to cool completely.
I also used white chocolate to which I added food coloring. You can do this as well for a more appealing look. They are extremely simple to make and very tasty.
